Payment & Deposit Policy – Custom Orders

All Dirty Halo custom orders are made-to-order and require a deposit to begin. After submitting the Custom Order Request Form, your request will be reviewed for availability, materials, and timeline. Once confirmed, you will receive your deposit amount along with payment instructions. Payment is accepted via Zelle (preferred for local orders), secure credit or debit card payment through Stripe, or Cash App for local customers. Work does not begin until the deposit is received. Deposits secure materials and production time and cover sourcing and preparation. If order details are not confirmed within 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable. Once materials are ordered or work begins, deposits cannot be refunded. The remaining balance is due before pickup or delivery, and finished items will not be released until payment is complete. Custom orders are created specifically for you and cannot be resold. Availability of materials may affect timelines; if an item becomes unavailable before materials are ordered, a refund or credit will be discussed.
